If you are anything like me you have a routine when you run. My friend Tracy laughs at me all the time because I can’t just go for a run. I have certain things I need to do to make it a successful run.
So here is my routine…..
I must have sports beans (fruit punch being my favourite), then I need a piece of gum. I put on my Saucony Hurricane’s. I find my satellite with my Garmin forerunner 405 (in green, my favourite colour). Lastly I put on my water belt. It is finally time to run. By this time my friend has rolled her eyes at me at least twice. But once we go I know I will have a great run.
