I have been running for over 5 years. Over all those years I have done many races. Each race has given me memories and inspiration that will last a life time. I have always kept my bibs. Because I am not an elite runner, I don’t always win medal for my finishing time. I use my bib as my medal. I write on the front of it. The race, the date, my time off of my Garmin. If the race is chip timed I also go online and check my standings in my gender, age group and my overall placing. It’s like a photo album of all the races I have done. I can flip through my bibs and think “oh I remember that day, it was my first 5km race.” or, “I remember that race, wow it was freezing that day”. My bibs are a snapshot into my passion for running.
